Iād be very surprised if it did. The only Gundam series to be split was OO, and that was a very natural break.
The Gundam 00 season split is probably one of the very few season splits that makes sense, and it really sets the stage for the second season
Given the announcement of a new series stating in the Autumn, I’m not so sure anymore. I can’t see it not going to 50 episodes, but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
I love this show too much and it inspires me even more with each episode. It cant end at 25!!! š
I wonder if there is a part 2 of the series if it will focus in Reiji’s world instead of on Earth?
They have been talking about throughout the series but we have yet to actually see or hear anything about it. Big Rich is right. Its going 50 episodes and I can’t wait to find out more.
Gundam wiki is saying its up at 25 but I don’t think it would be very smart of them, we all have plenty enough interest to through more money at them for more episodes and kits.
