Thanks for the tips..
Never occur to me to make gloss coat on the gold part and flat topcoat on the armor only.. =D
Well i like to make my kit clean plus i’m just entering beginner modeler thus i think straight clean built plus several small hand paint on parts are more sufficient on this lvl..
gloss coat add shininess and flat coat tone the color down to make it look less toyish. As we know, the strike freedom most noticeable feature is his gold frame. Make it stand out with a gloss coat is somewhat understandable but before attempting this tip. Make sure to clean all the nubmarks neatly and hide them with a gold gundam marker. However,…[Read more]
oh… well I wasnt really thinking in terms of the anime, when ever I build a kit I imagine myself and my friends as pilots, what would it be like fighting a long war in these suits. with resources stretched thin and endless hoards of villains, what would this mobile suit have gone through.
They decide, not us. You can do battledamage but it depends how you do it and what tool and material you use to produce the effect. I think if it’s your first time, it should be fine. If not, definitly they will move you.

when you are doing battle damage, do a little bit of research about the suit, his ennemies and environment. It’s rly important cuz it determines his damage level and the kind of effect that have the suit itself. These are my advice.
I don’t think this should be intermediate everybody. I see people with full repaints in this category, but why do the weathered builds get picked on? Haha, still the weathering might be a little bit excessive, but it does look unique.

I believe that in one of the gunpla tv episodes, they said that to reduce confusion they would allow you to submit it until January 1 2014 at your current location. This saves people from having to familiarize themselves with JST
