I did a few changes on the build and also made a base, basically is just a wooden base, with a 5 mm pla plate on top, sanded the surface and scribed panel lines, also added a few more details. i´ll add some metal parts and color separation as well.
Well, i guess that this will be the final concept of the powered GM.
I wanted to use the smartguns but i can´t seem to find a way to install them without hinder the movement…
Well, leg mods are done, i did a few changes to add most of the leg to the booster unit. also, did some modifications on the backpack so it can house the second set of boosters.
Now, to attach the fuel tanks from the FA unicorn and start working on the weapons.
Well. i´ve started testing where the Ex-S booster should be on the GM, i want to replace part of the legs with 2 boosters and the other 2 on the back, probably i´ll have to a…
Thanks :D, i´ve been having these idea for quite a while, but i never had the chance to get the required kits, with these contest i thought “screw it, let´s do it” 😛

Hi all I am really hoping that someone in this group can either provide me with or provide me with a website where I can get the parts I’m missing for my MG Double X. I’m missing A 18, 19, & 20. I don’t care if I have to pay for the parts or shipping I just need those parts to build my kit.
Thank you for comment. That was not priming yet.. just showing the inner frame that amaze me to look at. As usual i will unassembled all parts to do painting.
Even its the classic Gundam colors you did a great job making it not look like a toy. I first thought it was a bit over the top weathered, but in detail i comes out with an almost perfect Illusion of a heavy armored machine in small scale.
Thanks for comments..i had plan not to do weathering on that because to make it shine & give it glossy .. mybe i should try doing that technique on clear parts in future.
My first attempt weathering gunpla kit… just playing around with Real Touch Markers & pastel dust. Not the best looks but half way decent for my taste.
Great result!!! If you don’t mind me asking, didn’t the Modelmaking Guru post pics of your work on FaceBook? Could have sworn I commented on this build over there (very positive of course) 😉
