That’s a bummer regarding the stickers. I was very interested in this kit, but perhaps I’ll wait until water slide decals become available.

Oh wow! I can’t wait to see you complete this one! I had one as a kid, but it has since been “retired” (I think my friend and I shot BBs at it. What can I say, we were young back then and kits were plentiful and dirt cheap).

Macross Kits 7 years, 9 months agoI built this old Bandai Super VF-1S sometime around 1986. I didn’t know much about weathering or panel lining back then, but I did do some scratch building in the the cockpit area. The seat is removable and has a ejection thruster glued to the bottom of it. I still have this kit today. π

I remember that kit when I was a kid. It was available for sale at longs drugs store, now CVS.
Damn…..sucks to be old.
