Aircraft Modelling 8 years, 3 months ago guys Q:soo i buy a plane plamo my 1st time,since it’s all black (the color, f-14a razgriz) & there’s lots water decals..
is it ok to use top coat & then flat coat? or just flat coat is enough?
i never do coating on gunpla before.soo kinda scare

I just use flat coat directly..but do first coat lightly first or the decals might deform if you spray first time too hard…do a thin coat first..gloss coat if u paint the kit and want to do panel wash and waterslides first.
