Dang, that Extreme would be great for some part swapping. Question, when it comes to the weapon campaign parts, when did you get them? I put in an order for 3 HG Kits a coupe days ago, and it just shipped today. […]
The color scheme is actually based off of a school which I recently graduated from. I built it to show thanks for my education. Kinda ironic when I think about it…
WIP #5
And so, after a good couple weeks and a couple liters of elbow grease, it is done. Good luck to everyone else in the competition, some pretty great stuff is happening here.

Welp, this is probably the least yet most work I’ve put into a Gunpla ever. Today I attached the Chest and Head, though it turned out well. I will definitely get this done by the end of the year. Yay progress!
WIP #3? (I don’t remember)
Been a couple days since the last post. I’ve built the lower body in that time, added decals, and for an encore topcoated it (though it may not be visible in the pic). All I need now is to build the weapons. Get this kit too. If you’re a fan of MG, like AGE Designs, you’ll love this.
I do long strokes with the marker and then when done blow on the newly laid paint. It helps with the swirls and the streaks which the sides of the pen make. Furthermore, if I add another layer, I do the whole panel. Its kinda wasteful, but it gives a much better effect than having splotches all over the model.

WIP #2.5?
As per request, I’m posting a more detailed picture of the upper body. I did end up building the other hand, but that’s it. I’m actually kinda glad that I was told to do this, as I picked up a lot of paint inconsistencies.

WIP #2: Man this is freaky. Either it’s the arms being the exact same, or for once me trying to be productive in painting, but I take a look at myself and I realize that I’m nearly halfway. Anyway, I plan to do a scheme similar to the drawing (child grade coloring) on the left.
Thanks. Don’t worry, I don’t actually have that much silver paint left, so I’m confident that our build’s will begin to differentiate themselves….hopefully.
