This is my final update, I had fun building the exia ^_______^ (and frustration *cough* tiny hologram sheet fell on the floor and took me hours to find <_____< ) and I wish everyone good luck for this competition!
I’m done with the decal and the 1/144 Setsuna, interestingly it is the same size with my fingernail, lol. I decided not to paint the Exia at all since it looks fine with straight build.
I finished building the RG Exia. I added grey panel lines, glow in the dark sticker and water slide on all the GN condensers. The glowed GN marking on the leg is much easier…
I used white GN markings on top of the glow in the dark stickers so it wont be visible during the day but it’ll appear when it glows at night and it works! *jumping…
I added glow in the dark sticker on the GN drive which took me over an hour to fit it properly =.=, it is so insanely tiny and the sticker I’m using is alooooot thicker than the stock decals provided, I almost gave up. Surprisingly the RG GN drive has a burst mode!
I’m still working on the leg, I use glow in the dark stickers for the GN condensers instead of the original sticker. I added grey panel line with the flow type Gundam Marker…
I found it in a $2 store that sells random china stuffs lol, good thing I got em early too because yesterday when I went back to get more they were sold out T_______T
I started on the leg, I read on several reviews saying that the silver sticker wrinkles up after several poses so I decided to use the leftover plate from my nano puzzle and…
My package has arrived yesterday, this is my first RG kit, I’ve been avoiding RG because I’m bad with tiny parts hopefully I don’t mess up too much. XD
thx for the advice! and yea I was shocked when i saw there’s moving parts in the frame right from the runner lol. now I see why everyone is so hype with RG kits.
Its a HG RX 79 [G] Ground Type from 8th MS Team, I’ll add some chipping, clean up the weathering and add a diorama when I have the time.
The Graze Ein is really big for a HG kit, I painted the frame but I think I’m going to be lazy with this one and just gloss coat the armor pieces later.
How cute! Your photos are really good, too — thank you for sharing with us!
Thanks Anna! ^____^
