Thank you sir..I must admit I was hoping for a darker blue but luckily I got the lighter shade to compensate for the filtering..glad you guys like it 🙂
I dechromed all parts then painted accordingly to show more details, the kit fixed chromed parts are bit thick and can’t be sanded, there are mold line to smooth out and also to bring out the batman emblems better than before. The under carriage is combination of air and dry brushing.
I thought the wheels were supposed to be a dark metallic, and the bat symbols on ’em were supposed to be chrome…
Though it is pretty hard to find good visual references in my experience. A lot of the sites with photos of the ’89 Batmobile also contain loads of photos of fan reproductions, and don’t clearly identify which is which…
