  5. Hey Syd, Hey Ryan. I have a question, and I know you guys have the answer. Which kits use the gunpla LEDs? There are two kits I want And I know only one for sure uses it; that one is the 00 seven sword /G. I was wondering if the version Ka Nu gundam suported it as well. Thats for taking the time to read my post. keep up the good work.

    • The kits that can use the Bandai LED are the MG GN-X, the MG Exia as it has the same GN drive unit design as the GN-X, the Qan-T, the 00 Raiser (Which takes 5), the 00 Seven Sword/G and now the MG Nu Gundam Ver. KA is added to the list.

  6. Do you know this mecha?

    Hi Syd and Ryan,
I am not sure ,if this is the correct place for this message but I have been looking for a mecha kit that I have bought about twenty years ago. I dont have a clue about its name (it has been lost long time ago). I’ll appreciate if anyone can help me. These are the details I remember

-I bought it about end of 80’s early 90’s
-The box and instruction manual was in Japanese (or I think so; clearly it was not in English)
-The Box art was the drawing of the mecha rampaging through skyscrapers (skyscrapers nearly at shoulder height of the mecha). The sides of the box were pictures of other mecha kits.
-The kit was in dark green plastic. The plastic was high quality and fully detailed and molding was high standard. I dont remember any clear parts. There were also polycaps for the joints. I think there was also water decal – not sticker. It was not snap-fit, I had to use glue
-The mecha was not transformable. It was humanoid shape, with a head no neck. Face was more like monster like Spawn.
-There were no accessories like gun, or sword.
-Had hands with two articulated appendage like claw – no opposable thumbs
-There were two appendages between shoulder and head. I tried to show in the attached picture

I have added below two pictures I have drawn as much as I remember

Second picture is head and claw

I checked yr website but could not find any resembling mecha kit -even from discontinued items, I am afraid of it being a bootleg will appreciate if anyone reading this can help me on the matter. I have already asked in several blogs, forums but so far no outcome.
