  1. Looks great! It’s kind of funny that you worked on it long enough that the kit is discontinued. 😀

    • Thank you! It actually went to discontinued status quite a while ago…but yeah, that took a looooong time!

  2. Yay, the Hulk’s now home (on his base). Great wrap up video, Brian, and it is nice to see him all done. It’s been an informative build with lots of good tips.

Looking forward to seeing the HLJ School videos coming up. Having them in a format of short videos showing various techniques is a great idea. As you said, saves digging through many hours of video to find that one little tip.

Don’t know if you are taking requests for what some viewers would like to see in regards to building techniques shown, but if you are, I’d love to see one demonstrating the assembly of a multiple link tank tread (non-pinned variety) that incorporates natural sag across the return rollers. My Dragon 1/35 Pz. Kpfw. III Ausf. E has individual plastic links that need to be glued together, but I’m not sure how to go about assembling them so that they incorporate good curve around the wheels and sag over the rollers. Would love to know how to actually do that.

Thanks again for the Hulk build.

    • Glad to finally get ‘im done! Would have been nice to do a little more weathering, but I was happy with the look.

Oh yes, definitely taking suggestions for HobbySchool! Already have workable and non-workable track links in the list of segments to do. Coming soon!

  3. I really like your painted Hulk, it definitely has that movie colour tone.
I never painted a realistic kit before and I don’t think I’d try anytime soon.

I understand what you mean with time. I have been working on (taken weeks and months) is a very old Evangelion resin kit. Eva unit 01, standing on the corps of the first angel it defeated. Although, I lost the angel and now I did a make shift base. I’ve lost it when I was a kid.

I have to strip off the old humbrol glossy paint from it. Did you know Dettol works for certain paints? Like Citadel paints? I used thinner instead as its enamel based.

Looking forward to finishing my kit to show it to the people here! :3

    • Glad you liked the Hulk!

Not familiar with “Dettol.” Is it a paint remover?

Looking forward to seeing your finished kit!
