so the water slides, worth it. No reaction with the vinegar on the clear plastic. Using toothpaste on the gate marks, great result. The surface “clouding” that comes with removing nubs on clear parts is nearly invisible with the toothpaste application. The panel lines i did on the frame are still visible through the armor. This one is really coming along and severely hindering my progress on the Sazabi
    • how bout getting back to the sazabi ive noticed its getting colder in the tristate so u might wana finish that up quickly lol

    • The clear blue looks amazing, especially with those little white decals.

    • @thebanshee13 yeah its getting chilly up this way plus less than a month till comicon so its really time to work only on the Sazabi. My girlfriend just pointed out that i have built 4 RGs (5 if you count this one) since i have started the Sazabi so yeah i gotta finish.
@corn-wizard yeah the clear parts on this kit are MUCH clearer than the Zeta that i built. Im really happy with the way the water slides are turning out so far. I also caught wind of another clear kit i have been looking for that might be available at comicon. The Full Armor Unicorn Ver Ka Clear Version will be coming home with me, assuming they don’t sell out on Thursday.

    • really??toothpaste?how?

    • just put a little bit on a cotton swab and rub into the “cloudy” parts of the clear plastic. Let it sit for a few minutes then wipe it clean. takes away almost all of the surface scratches from cleaning up the nub marks on the clear plastic. I might have to film this method as well and add it to my “vinegar for water slides” video.

    • Vinegar? Toothpaste? Did you get a PHD in home economics?!

    • Wow, who would have thought. Removes pimples and cleans up clear nub marks…

    • nope, but the degree in chemistry was the next best thing
