So this is what I’m currently working on. Sunny King Ford thunderbird. It was supposed to be a quick out of the box build but as is the way with me I couldn’t just leave it be. The interior will be out of the box still but there are a lot of sink marks. Not suprising given the age of the kit.

The body has at this stage had the front and rear bumpers added before the body work began. I’ve filled in the join lines between the bumpers and the body. The rubber strip down the side has been removed as it is not on the actual car and I’ve filled in the door panel lines. I’ve done two layers thus far of filling and sanding and am about to sand again to get the body blemish free and smooth. here is the body after the second primer. I’ll update after I’ve sanded it.
