question, that paint job is with markers? if the answe is yes, it´s better to use acrilic paints, and a 000 paintbrush or 00 (yes that is it´s name doble 0 like the gundam)
The paint job is not with markers I use acrilic paint cause its easier to take off if I go way over the area I want to paint
Then i dont know if it’s the photo but it look that it need more water, as far i know most acrylic paints use -1 water for each +X paint (ex: 3 of blue 2 of water) also you can use sand paper on the surface before panting for paint to grab better.
Thanks for the advice man 😀 I haven’t thought about using sand paper on a kit.. ill try it with my next part
Also on my last post i tell about the white and black coats before the paints, later today i will post more about the layer and base whites
Just use the sandpaper until you put the smooth surface rough, then apply a coat of white for lighr color or a coat of black for dark ones, the coat will be used to level and make the surface plain. Hope it works
