The resolution depends on the type of printer you are using. Post cleanup (i.e. Putty and sanding is required) but it will never be as good as the molded tiles that you get from Bandai.

I was too lazy to do any post process clean up, so if you zoom in you can see the layering pattern that is typical of any desktop printer like makerbot and the likes.
