I got my barbatos built up and have started transfering the parts I’ve been working on over to him. The shoulder joints are modified from a graze kit I messed up the painting on and resisted fully stripping. The shoulder armor should fully cover them. I’m also using parts of the form 6 shoulders as additional front skirt armor.

I also managed to get my idea for adding an LED for the eyes to work. I pressed the front face plate into a blob of hot-melt glue as it dried and the glue oozed up through the eye-holes. A little trimming and I had myself a semi-transparent eye piece instead of the opaque one the kit comes with. The batteries for the LED are hidden in the backpack and are accessible by flipping up the thruster. I’m still on the fence what color to use but for the moment I’m sticking with red.
