1. There are a few small circular indentations in the armor that I will drill into and insert tiny metal screws. Trying to figure out which screws I can use and where I can buy them without having to go for the HiQ parts that cost an arm and a leg.

2. Adding some pla-plate to some areas to give more detail (the feet, and there is a very ugly polycap in the knee that is visible when you bend the leg, I will try to cover that piece up.

3. Scribe some panel lines in a few places like the lower leg armor to emulate the RX-78-2 3.0 and on the foot to simulate that it can bend in 3 places.

4. There are 2 hydraulic pistons on the inner frame that don’t really do anything and they are mostly invisible because you cant see them under the leg armor. I would like to cut these off and insert new working pistons that connect to the feet similar to the MK-II. I don’t have a clue how I will make them work but I will try to copy the mechanism used on the Zaku II 2.0 and somehow make it work. The easy solution would be to make it and glue it but I want the model to be able to move and pose. The kit comes with an extra upper feet piece which i can use to experiment on.

Any input on #1 and #4 would be greatly appreciated. There are no hobby stores where I live. We have Home Depot and other hardware stores though.
