Here’s this weeks tip for making a spray booth base out of scratch.

Designing a spray-booth base here’s what you’ll need.

Carbon-fiber box panels
Two slabs of durable Wood
Super-Glue
Xacto-Blade

Cut the small carbon-fiber panels from a shipping-box of whatever size in sections so that it will fit within the wooden panel.

Set aside the carbon-fiber panels and assemble two slabs of wood, one with a long base and one that’s cut in twos, assemble the two with the one sliced nailed together to the edge with a couple of nails.

Glue together the fiber-carbon panels together and assemble the glued panels to the wooden base.
