Ok, so this has been bothering me for a good while. How can I recreate or get close to the chrome gold that bandai uses on some of their kits? I need it for a project that I’m working on and I’m just stuck on that.

  I spray a chrome paint by Alclad, then a mixture of 80% clear yellow and 20% clear orange. Be careful not to spray too many coats of the clear or else it will turn out too opaque. If it isn’t an option to spray via an airbrush, a silver paint and a clear yellow will also get you good results.
