Hi guys, i would like to know what kind of materials is best for making a moon surface diorama. Currently I thinking of purchasing foam boards, polystyrene foam.
plaster thats wht i used for mine then for the craters and stuff i used a toothpick to push it up and make the holes
Thanks for the advice. Would it be the best to have a foam board then coat it with plaster?
i used a wooden board but i dont think it really matters if you use a foam board or not as long as the bottom can support the weight of the plaster then its fine i guess
As for the small hills on the surface, would I use polystyrene foam?
i used plaster to mold it since its like clay just use a tooth pick and your hand to mold it to whtever you like
