New Plamo Arrivals For November 5, 2021

Bandai (and more) opens November with some great new plamo releases! The first two Gundam Breaker kits are here: Livelance Heaven and Helios! Plus, we’ve got new kits from Macross, 86 -eighty six-, Space Battleship Yamato, and the return of a popular chitocerium kit. Check it all out below!

If any kits in this post are backordered when you read this, don’t worry — Bandai is great about restocking periodically. But, you’ll want to get your order in to secure a spot in line for the next restock!

Gundam

HG Gundam Livelance Heaven

The Gundam Livelance Heaven is a remodeled version of the Gundam Deathscythe Hell with its active cloak deployed. In contrast to the original machine, it features a divine look with white and gold coloring instead of black. It comes equipped with large beam parts and a beam lance, which can be changed between three forms: rod mode, lance mode, and scythe mode.

HG Gundam Helios

The Gundam Helios is derived from the Gundam Breaker mobile game main character’s machine, the Gundam Areus, and brings together the features of different Gundam designs. The Freedom Gundam’s wings and double satellite canons are its defining features.

Macross

VF-1J Super / Strike Valkyrie SVF-41 Black Aces

Hasegawa brings us some “Macross” love with this kit of the VF-1J Super/Strike Valkyrie! It can be built as the Super/Strike, or the normal fighter version; the head can be selected from the J type, the S type and the A type. The cockpit and pilot set are from the TV version, and a new illustration from Hidetaka Tenjin graces the box lid! Decals for four different Black Aces versions.

86 -eighty six-

HG Reginleif Krena/Anju Use

New from the wildly popular “86 -EIGHTY SIX-” comes a 1/48 scale HG Reginleif kit you don’t want to miss. Equipped with multiple points of articulation, as well as a host of optional accessory pieces, a number of intense action-packed poses can be reproduced for your ultimate display.

chitocerium

chitocerium XCIX-albere & C-efer (Reissue)

Presenting the fourth kit from the Masaki Apsy x huke x Good Smile Company original plastic model series “chitocerium”: XCIX-albere & C-efer, now rereleased!

Space Battleship Yamato

Mecha Collection Gaiperon Class Barmes (Open Ocean Mobile Fleet Specification)

The Gaiperon-class multi-deck torpedo carrier Barmes from “Space Battleship Yamato 2205 New Departure” gets a Mecha Collection model kit from Bandai! Its distinctly shaped hull is reproduced in great detail, and waterslide details are included for the deck lines and markings; a base is included too.

Her favorite lines are Hasegawa's Mechatro WeGo line, Meng's World War Toons Pinky line, and weird miscellany like Platz's bonsai tree kits. In general, if it's a detailed miniature that's too small to be useful for anything other than taking up space, she'll probably love it.
