Gunpla TV – Mega Man X Zero

It’s everyone’s favorite blonde-haired, sword-wielding robot from the future: Zero! Mega Man X’s partner in Maverick hunting comes with great articulation, lots of hands for different poses, many types of blades, and a bunch more options that really makes this the best “Mega Man” Kotobukiya kit so far. Check it out!

Her favorite lines are Hasegawa's Mechatro WeGo line, Meng's World War Toons Pinky line, and weird miscellany like Platz's bonsai tree kits. In general, if it's a detailed miniature that's too small to be useful for anything other than taking up space, she'll probably love it.

  1. Fantastic representation of one of my favourite characters from the Megaman X series! Some really good articulation that would allow for really cool action poses! Nice colour separation too! Great kit, hope to see more from the series!

  2. With legs that chunky you’d assume they’d kick more and sword less…

  3. I presume this version is from RockMan X3 ~ RockMan X6? Are there other releases of Zero from Kotobukiya like the RockMan Zero series? Is there an X1/X2 version of Zero with the rounded shoulders? Is there an X7 or X8 version?
The thumbs up pose could be used to recreate the pose Zero does in the games when he beats an “Irregular” (i.e. Maverick) boss.
I could’ve sworn the Z-Saber was green and the upgraded to purple. 🤔

  6. Kotobukiya kits have never been perfect, but for the ones I’ve built, they just come out looking fantastic.

  7. I just wish the hair wasn’t hollow on the interior. But otherwise, an amazing kit.
