Gunpla TV – Alice Gear Aegis Ichijo Ayaka

Ayaka Ichijo, the confident tsundere girl from “Alice Gear Aegis,” joins Kotobukiya’s Megami Device line of snap-fit kits!

Designed by Fumikane Shimada, this kit comes loaded with accessories and was a joy to build. However! Dave discovers that with all these extra parts, some extra care is needed. The kit really held its weight even with that massive bazooka, but some of the armor pieces caused a bit of hassle. Get your glue ready and take a look at one of the most beautiful, and yet needy, kits that Kotobukiya has released so far!

Check out more Megami Device kits, and other Alice Gear Aegis collectibles, too!

Unfortunately, this kit is discontinued as of this writing, but if you want to check it out anyway, you can see it at its product page: Alice Gear Aegis Ichijo Ayaka

Level 75 Marketing Mage. Editor, admin, and occasional code monkey. Stand User in her free time. Though she does build kits when time allows, time doesn't allow often. Her favorite lines are Hasegawa's Mechatro WeGo line, Meng's World War Toons Pinky line, and weird miscellany like Platz's bonsai tree kits. In general, if it's a detailed miniature that's too small to be useful for anything other than taking up space, she'll probably love it.

  1. She can do ‘more dakka,’ and that’s enough for me.

  3. Nice review of a nice looking kit! But man, does it sound like a pain to put together and pose! Wonder how they managed to get this one so wrong, such a shame… but at least she’s pretty! XD

  7. It’s so cool that is comes with effect parts. The coloring reminds me of the enemies from the Knight Of Sidonia anime.
