Kotobukiya brings us a new duo with Frame Arms Girl Hand Scale Gourai and a Mechatro WeGo Brown kit provided by Hasegawa! This collaboration is especially cool because the two kits are compatible thanks to Gourai being scaled down so that she can fit inside the Mechatro WeGo. Gourai even comes with two color armor options, and Dave give the new minty fresh color a spin in this review. Furthermore, he compares Gourai to other normal Frame Arms Girl kits to give a real feeling of how small and cute she is.

Really nice collaboration here! Maybe we’ll see a WeGo resized to fit a standard Frame Arms Girl next? That would be pretty cool, opens up a lot of possibilities with the rest of the Frame Arms range too!

We’d usually only refer to Bandai Gundam model kits as Gunpla. Kits like these are typically called “plamo” (short for PLAstic MOdel, a term often used here in Japan). Frame Arms Girl and Mechatro WeGo are very similar to Gunpla, though — they’re snap-together kits that don’t need glue and don’t usually need paint for a great finished product. If you can build Gunpla, you can build these, and vise-versa!
