Bandai has a new line of model kits called “Petitrits,” which will feature “petit-sized” articulated figures as model kits for fans and builders alike! The series kicks off with two kits from “Fate/Grand Order,” and today we’re taking a look at Caster / Nero Claudius!
The Box
We’re treated to a quick overview of what we can expect from the line. As you’d expect from Bandai, these kits require no paint or glue and have some pretty good color separation. On the right, we get a look at Nero in her completed form with a watery display base and weapons parts.
On the other half of the box, Bandai shows off the balanced proportions and points of articulation.
If you stand the box up on its side (for storage, perhaps) there’s a vertical image of the completed kit to show its approximate actual height of 10cm. Both the front and back views show the completed model without any paint, so you can see what to expect out-of-box (and it looks good)!
The Runners
A: Clear blue for the stand, yellow for the hair, clear stand parts, and red clothing and weapons parts.
B: Flesh parts
C1 & C2: Semi-glossy gold parts
And of course, we have stickers. You can tell that the bikini that Nero is wearing is mostly molded in solid red, and that we’ll be adding a lot of stickers for the stripes. It’s a little disappointing that we don’t get any white plastic parts for this instead, but what you you do? (Paint, or fill those areas in with Gundam markers, actually!)
