Her favorite lines are Hasegawa's Mechatro WeGo line, Meng's World War Toons Pinky line, and weird miscellany like Platz's bonsai tree kits. In general, if it's a detailed miniature that's too small to be useful for anything other than taking up space, she'll probably love it.

  5. While I appreciate another MG, there are lots of other models that could use some love, even from ‘Gundam 00.’ I’d like to see what a GN-X or Enact would look like if given the Revive / GEP treatment.

Meanwhile, some gunpla from the ‘Build Divers’ sidestory manga made a guest appearance in the recent episode of ‘Build Divers.’ Building some excitement for their upcoming models?

  6. I was considering the 00 Qan[T] MG at some point, but good thing I decided to wait especially since the Full Saber version is a regular release. I’m looking forward to reviews on the RE/100 Jagd Doga and the HGUC Moon Gundam. I hope to find a translation for the Moon Gundam manga. I hope we get more Gundam 00 Master Grades as regular releases and not P-Bandai like the GN-X variants that have been coming out.

  7. The 00 Quant always seemed to be missing something, like it was two thirds of a kit. I was right. This is better.

  18. So what’s the difference between this and the original QanT?

    Reply
    • The difference between the Master Grade:
      – thicker ball joint at the hip section (not mentioned in this episode)
      – added parts for the ‘Full Saber’ weapon and new parts for the backpack to hold it
      – added a new part for the newer, sharpened v-fin

  24. With the release of MG GNT-0000/FS 00 Qan[T] Full Saber, what if the next PG is GNT-0000 00 Qan[T]? I think it would make sense.

  25. This new 00Qan[T] Full Saber looks pretty nice. Maybe some day I’ll buy it to replace my old standard version. My building technique is now a lot better anyway so I think that it would looks better when I build it than my old one.
Anyway I’m waiting for old functionality of new website. For now from Orders menu I can’t even open items that I’m ordering. And I don’t see if it is still backordered or aviailable.

  26. Moon Gundam looks really cool. It’s almost like a mix between the IBO and the more boxy old school Gundams and I just love it.

  29. My money is on a PG Sinanju.
Talking of PGs, do you guys think bandai will release another Non gundam PG in the future? I would love to see a macross YF-19 PG or another Evangelion, what do you guys think?

  30. I bet on a PG Narrative Gundam, but my hope is on a PG Sinanju Stein. But please no new PG Unicorn Phenex!

  31. Eventhough this MG looks good, I think there are already too much variant of the 00 series. So, instead of making another variant of the 00, Bandai should be focusing on making other kits that hasn’t been made into MG, instead of milking the 00 series

  32. I was skeptical the q’ant would look amazing, well I am amazed.

  35. Those stickers on the old Transformers are called “rubsigns”. They were there so you could reveal their faction symbols. Most Beast Wars figures had a similar gimmick too.

  38. About those ladders that the Action Base 4/5 stands use, if you push them in enough they’ll click into place and you’ll no longer have the issue of them falling out when lifting the stand.

  49. The mg quanta looks pretty good. You get a lot of different options in the box.

  50. I hope the green parts don’t fall off like on the HG kit.

  51. The Full Saber looks awesome, with all the parts and options. Since I’m usually not canon with my builds, I’d go with some aquamarine base colors that would fit the green transparent parts more, and I believe that’d look super cool (maybe metallic too). Jumped straight onto my wishlist! 🙂 Totally excited about the new kits coming and will be back tonight for the hobby show coverage! Also wondering what will you do for the 300th show 😉

  52. Oh, and rubsigns were there back in the day to separate fake Transformers from the originals. And yeah, that’s the same material as Mood Rings 🙂
And I’d like to see that Moon Gundam on my display too 😉 Cheers!

  66. I remember those Gen1 Transformers well and their heat rubsigns showing either Autobot or Deception Logo. I also recall having battle beasts also by Takara / Hasbro which had them on their chest too although each sign would show you the element power they had. Fire, Wood or Water. Ok… showing my age now.
