All thanks to the empty plates of course.

Looking pretty interesting from almost any angle.

rrobbert184-firefox (7)
With an impressive amount of details along the back, and everywhere else.

Cool details inside the mouth, and the unpainted pilot inside the cockpit.  Love that just-the-right-amount-of-shiny gold.

The gatling gun on the back has a very wide range of movement, and the metallic colors again really make it pop.

A magnet net gun inside the tail which can open and close.

More impressive details are easy to see on the hindlegs.

Includes stretchable parts for the neck as you can see here, and the forelegs, hindlegs and waist.

Showing off his maximum range of movement. Lots of joints help make it look quite vivid.

For size, here it next to the Master Grade G-Fighter.

For some final thoughts, this was a very pleasant journey of a build, especially if you’re used to building Gunpla as the gimmicks are totally different from humanoid Gundams.  This Zoid feels more like a real animal, exactly as it should, thanks to its poses, movements and of course carefully crafted looks. It’s worth it to get this Master Grade size and level model for the price of … an MG. In addition, the price of this kit is relatively inexpensive for Kotobukiya.

However, it can also be frustrating sometimes, because when you build it or play with it, some parts around the waist can easily fall apart. If you want to take your modelling to the next level, I’d recommend you put some cement on the fragile pats just in case.  But overall for my first Zoid kit, I had a lot of fun putting it together, and am very pleased with the result even just right out of the box.  Thanks for reading everyone!

“Is this any more ridiculous than the G-Sky, or G-Bull?”
