You’ll see plenty of colorful plates, and some more parts in plastic bags when you crack open the box.

Info on the storyline and more poses are found inside, with a very clean and polished look all around the manual.

I feel like we’ve seen this style before…  More importantly though, all the info you need is right there.

The colors are popping when painted by a pro, but the plastic also impresses.

Some separate preprinted parts are included, along with some wire and the entry plug.

Final thoughts, it seems that this kit is much smaller than the Bandai version, but it also seems more complicated. There’s plenty of hope though, as we can see some beautiful details in the small parts along with the usual Koto preprinted stuff.  How different can it be from other similar kits? Let’s find out!  Thanks for reading.

Comments

  1. I’m glad i bought this kit and managed to finish it (unpainted). The only thing is its got a small built which means the parts are kinda tiny which makes assembling it a bit of a challenge. The hard work pays off once you see the end product. I highly recommend this and hoping that they will release other Evas in this series.

    • Honestly Bandai kits are SUPERIOR
      ”speaking of evangelion models”

      • you know, i have built ALL the evangelion kits out there, but the only one that i felt was better than the kotobukiya one was the mark.6
