The long awaited and much requested Master Grade Turn-X is all put together!  Let’s see how it looks.

As usual, this is a straight build, with some lining.  It was a lot of fun to put together.

Here are the front and back shots.  I’m a big fan of the subtle coloring, and the overall mix of slim and bulk.

For mobility, the arms can bend very well, thought not quite 180°.

The mobility of the legs are also quite good.

The funky color seals inside the chest, covered by clear black part is a perfect combination.

Where does he get these toys? The shooting poses look great.

Take that MG Ground.  The Turn-X can kneel on one leg without almost no effort.

Both Turn A and Turn X walk to school carrying their lunchboxes this way.  Brothers indeed.

The effect part is a great addition to the always awesome shining finger.

Why the slight bump in price? Well, with all the accessories and the very custom stand you know there’s more fun in store!

As you can see here with the all range attack “Bloody Siege”.

It’s pretty wild, and I’d like to line it up against the MG V-Dash all split up.

Another reason for the bump?  Turn-X is looking like a monster next to the most typical Gundam of them all.

And he keeps the size advantage as he should next to the Turn A, the most atypical Gundam of them all.

For some final thoughts, there’s no doubt this is a fun kit to build. It seems quite complicated on first inspection, but when you build it, you’ll find it doesn’t take too much time. The overall mobility is quite decent, with lots of posing options.  One of the best part would be the special stand, as you can do a lot with it between fighting poses and the Bloody Siege. The only thing I’m worried about is, if you play with it too much, the arms and legs might get loose and fall apart, as some people may miss the polycaps. However, there are no problems by now, and I hope it stays that way.  With the Turn A being honoroed with the 100th Master Grade, and the fans demand now being met with this Turn X, this dark sheep series now has some very well engineered MG goodness for your shelf.

“Boys, knock that off!” says Turn Mom.
